My Approach

I am all about creating a cozy, judgment-free zone where we can vibe and chat. I prioritize fostering a trust-filled, solid connection with you as I see it as the groundwork for change! With open and curious dialogue I assist you in recognizing and navigating underlying issues that may be contributing to your current challenges. 

As a Renaissance therapist I take on many different roles to help. I am your personal cheerleader, listening, reflecting, validating, and giving you all the “you got this!” energy. I am also your brain encyclopedia, ready to share insightful facts and practical tips to empower you in mastering your mind’s intricacies. 

I am a mentor offering you constructive feedback in a gentle manner. I am an advocate for a well-rounded therapeutic approach, addressing all aspects of an individuals well-being – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. 

I strive to help you reconnect with yourself by encouraging self-reflection, introspection, mind-body relationship building, and self-compassion. Together, we explore core values, personal strengths, and areas of growth, allowing you to rediscover your authentic self.
